Not four star but more like three - won’t go again.
The foyer and reception looked lovely and the grounds looked well kept. The food was okay and there was an orderly queuing system.
No air con in rooms. Lifts were old and out of service at times. Reserving beds/loungers was allowed and therefore we never got a lounger around the pool. We paid way over the odds for a place we could not relax in. The coffee and squash was made from the hotel tap water, which tasted of chemicals and gave us an upset tummy. The air con was inadequate and non existent - we asked about it 4 times but was fobbed off every time. They then offered to move our room to which we agreed then saw the room - it was a downgrade with no air con too. No cocktails at pool bar and beach, no foam parties, power cuts whilst getting ready and drinks were warm and if from a bottle flat.

just the organization at the swimming pool, it needs a manager to prevent client to put their towel on the transat so when you come there is nothing left available

Exceptional
Hotel is very nice with amazing services and really friendly staff. Location is great, walking distance from the city center and all the shops with souvenirs. Everything is clean. Food in the restaurant is the Best, so many choices and every day something different ! Mr. Farug at the reception was very helpful. I can recomend this hotel in deed!!!
